Veterans Chaplaincy

Identity. Purpose. Calling.

Veterans and their families across Northern California.

From the first days of bootcamp, service members are trained to go to their Chaplain when they are struggling. That instinct does not go away when the uniform comes off — but the Chaplain often does. Many chaplaincy programs have been cut back or rendered ineffective, and veterans are left reaching for a door that is no longer there.

So this chaplaincy isn't a counseling office or a program you enroll in. In practice it's a combination of two things — life coaching and accountability partnering. Together they help a veteran rediscover who God made them to be, and then actually walk it out, one honest step at a time.

There is no cost and no paperwork. An appointment might be a cup of coffee, a shared meal, a day working an outreach event, or an outdoors adventure — whatever helps us do the real work together. The goal is never a program; it is a brother or sister who keeps showing up, long after the first hard conversation.

“Praise be to the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.”
— 2 Corinthians 1:3–4
How it works

Two ways we walk with you

01

Life coaching

Practical, faith-rooted coaching to help you find your footing after service — naming your God-given identity, purpose, and calling, setting goals that actually matter, and taking the next right step. It isn't therapy and it isn't a lecture; it's a plan, and a guide who has walked it too.

02

Accountability partnering

The part that makes change stick. A partner who checks in, celebrates the wins, and lovingly holds you to what you said mattered most. Healing and growth rarely happen alone — so we walk it out together, at your pace, for as long as it takes.
